The National Football League’s eleventh week began with Cincinnati at Baltimore in a game that sounded like it would be one of the best games of the season: in Baltimore, Joe Burrow vs. Lamar Jackson in a Thursday night duel that could be for the AFC North lead.

At least, it sounded like that weeks ago.

Instead, as we now know, the Ravens dealt the Bengals a 34-20 loss that knocked them down to 5-5, and Burrow apparently aggravated an already-injured wrist, enough that he is lost for the season (Here’s an update: Joe Burrow wrist injury: What happened to Bengals QB, what’s next? )

But the league moves on, and moves on today.

The marquee game of the week, without question, is the Super Bowl rematch on “ABC’s Monday Night Football” in Kansas City, pitting the Chiefs (7-2) at home, a 7:15 p.m. kickoff, against the Philadelphia Eagles (8-1), who come in with the NFC’s best record (a preview: It’s a Super Bowl rematch with superstar power as the Eagles visit the Chiefs on Monday night).
