If pressed right now, if interrogated, and you had to answer, what three to four teams would you say would have the best regular season records in the National Football League this upcoming season?

Would that be – in some order – perhaps the Kansas City Chiefs, the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers?

Gee, who would have thought it?

According to a story this week on FoxSports.com (2024-25 NFL odds: Chiefs favored to have most regular-season wins; Ravens, 49ers | FOX Sports), the Chiefs, the two-time defending Super Bowl Champions, are +500 right this minute to have the most regular season wins in the 2024 season.

The 49ers, the team the Chiefs defeated in the Super Bowl, is tied with Baltimore for second (+550), with – believe it or not, did you ever think you’d read this? – the Detroit Lions at fourth (+800).

This is all based on DraftKings Sportsbook, by the way.

Continuing, they must believe Joe Burrow is going to be healthy in 2024, because they have the Bengals checking in right behind the Lions (+900), then the Atlanta Falcons (+1300), and the New York Jets (+1400), the Buffalo Bills (+1500) and the Philadelphia Eagles (+1500).

As a side note: Kansas City will attempt to do something no NFL team has ever been able: they’ll be trying to win three straight Super Bowls.
