Well, Washington Commanders defensive lineman Jonathan Allen has had it.

And he let it out on Sunday after his team lost to the New York Giants, 14-7, on Sunday, a Giants team without its two big offensive stars: quarterback Daniel Jones and running back Saquon Barkley.

New York scored twice in the first half, then were shut out. But the Commanders only managed to score one touchdown in the game (by running back Brian Robinson), as mentioned, and Allen voiced his opinion of his team’s performance afterward.

“They whooped our ass, plain and simple,” Allen said.

You can read an excerpt of Allen’s rant here: Commanders’ Jonathan Allen Went Off on Frustrated NSFW Rant After Ugly Loss to Giants.

Be prepared for F-bombs.

To be fair, Allen was he was frustrated and didn’t single out a teammate. Maybe his frustration is losing, and all the things that go along with it.

Consider this, however: the offense passed for just 51 yards in the first half, and Sam Howell was sacked five times in the half, to boot. Howell played better in the second half and finished with 249 yards – they did put together a 17-play drive, but came up empty when a fourth-down-and-5 pass to Jahan Dotson went incomplete.

But Washington is now 3-4 overall, three games behind Philadelphia in the NFC East Division, including a loss to the Eagles earlier this season. They get a second shot at the Eagles this Sunday; they’ll host them at noon Central Standard Time.
