Jones, Kelce will play for KC vs. Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars will definitely have to contend with tight end Travis Kelce and defensive tackle Chris Jones when the Kansas City Chiefs roll into town on Sunday.

ESPN reported Friday that both Kelce, who suffered a hyperextended knee before the Chiefs’ season opener against Detroit, and Jones, who suffered from a contract holdout (LOL), have “healed” and will be in the line-up against Jacksonville for Kansas City’s game in Duval County this Sunday (Chiefs’ Travis Kelce, Chris Jones to play Sunday vs. Jaguars – ESPN).

The Chiefs lost their opener at home without those guys, falling to the Lions, but who knows? That might have happened even with Kelce and Jones in the lineup. The Jaguars had to deal with rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson, but were able to beat the Indianapolis Colts in Lucas Oil Stadium, 31-21.
